The Mimosa tiny home is equipped with a mini-split AC unit. You can adjust the temperature using the remote control.
However, please try to keep it between 68-78 degrees, and leave the A/C running when you leave the unit to keep it nice and cold.
An induction cooktop is located on top of the fridge for any cooking needs. Pots and pans are located in the lower cabinet in the kitchen area.
The coffee maker is for your use. If you need additional coffee pods let me know.
The TV in the living area is a Roku TV equipped with a variety of apps you are able to log into for viewing pleasure. If you have any issues with the TV please let us know.
USB chargers are located in each night stand for convenient charging of devices.
Dish towel and dish drying towels are in the 2nd drawer.
Our tiny home is equipped with a hot water heater for showering and the sink. This water heater is sized for a tiny house and should deliver enough hot water for at least a 15 minute shower. Please allow 10 minutes between showers to allow the water heater to heat more water.
